Under the World Education Policy (WEP), several programs have been implemented to address barriers
to education and promote access to quality learning:
1. RATNA Preeschool– Early Learning for All: This program focuses on providing inclusive and quality early
childhood education to ensure that all children have a strong foundation for future learning.
2. READ with ME -Literacy Boost: This program aims to enhance literacy skills among children and adults
through targeted interventions, such as teacher training, community engagement, and the provision of
reading materials.
3. NUMBERS FOR ALL: This program focuses on improving numeracy skills among learners by
implementing innovative teaching methods, providing resources, and supporting teacher professional
development.
4. WE ALL LEARN – Inclusive Schools, Inclusive Futures: This program promotes inclusive education
practices, including the development of inclusive classrooms, teacher training in inclusive pedagogy, and
the implementation of policies that remove barriers to education for learners with disabilities.
5. SKILLS FOR SUCCESS: This program focuses on vocational training and skills development, equipping
learners with practical skills that are relevant to the job market and empowering them to pursue
meaningful employment opportunities.
6. TEACHER EXCELLENCE Program: This program aims to enhance the quality of teaching by providing
professional development opportunities, mentoring support, and resources to teachers, ensuring they
have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective instruction.
7. DIGITAL LEARNING for all: This program promotes the integration of technology in education,
providing schools and communities with access to digital devices, internet connectivity, and educational
software. It also includes training for teachers in digital literacy and innovative approaches to using
technology for educational purposes.
These program names can be adapted or expanded based on the specific needs and context of the
communities and regions where WEP is implemented. The programs are designed to address the
barriers to education and create inclusive, equitable, and quality learning opportunities for all learners.
